Chairman and Founder

Raman Morzaria is one of the Promoter and Co-founder of the Vraj Group. He is having a very dynamic and meticulous personality. He is the chief anchor with unmatched reputation in real estate industry. His penchant for changing rules of the game saw him create numerous projects. He had taken over Non Banking Finance Company under the name of Karnavati Finance Limited in 2001, which got listed on BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) in 2014. He has an overall experience of 36 years in the field of finance and real estate development and is driving operational growth, maximizing business opportunities and ensuring compliances with regulatory requirements. He is responsible for strategic planning and administration of our Group. With the best efforts of Mr. Raman Morzaria, Group has reached to new heights with the strong market position, having a good customer based relationship and a great market reputation in the field of Construction and Finance.
 

Mr. Jay Morzaria
Managing Director

Jay Morzaria leads Vraj Group, a rapidly growing company renowned for its excellence in real estate development. With a career spanning over 15 years, Jay has been a pivotal figure in promoting redevelopment in the real estate industry, significantly contributing to the company's impressive growth. Vraj Group, founded in 1988, operates in six major cities across India and is celebrated for its premium projects and timely delivery of homes.

Jay is a graduate with L.L.B and B.Com degrees from a prestigious college under Mumbai University. He started his real estate journey at 19, quickly becoming known for his calculated risk-taking and profound market knowledge.

Under Jay's leadership, Vraj Group has successfully delivered over 2 million square feet of residential and commercial space in Mumbai and Gujarat. His strategic foresight and exceptional management skills have been key to the company's expansive growth. He oversees operations, acquisitions, and finances, earning several awards, including:

In addition to his work at Vraj Group, Jay serves as the National Chairman for Naredco Nextgen, a self-regulatory body under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India.

He is also the Founder President of National Naredco Nextgen and has held the position of President for Naredco Nextgen Maharashtra.

Furthermore, he is a founding member and Vice President of the Mumbai Suburban Developers Association (MSDA) and Vice President of REAAL, which unites Lohanas in the real estate sector.

Beyond real estate, Vraj Group has diversified interests, including a BSE-listed NBFC, as well as ventures in hospitality and imports. Mr. Kush Morzaria
Executive Director

Kush Morzaria the youngest and strongest entrepreneur of Vraj Group. Kush has made dreams into reality at a very young age with his hardwork, commitment and full dedication at work. At a very young age of 21, he entered into Real Estate and Construction business to gain practical knowledge and experience. Kush has succeeded in making plans into action, dreams into reality. There are many accomplished projects in Mumbai and Gujarat that are developed under his guidance and supervision. His work, quality and timely possession speaks and shows his real skill in the field of Construction.

Simultaneously Kush is supervising Salt Works, Hospitality and Petroleum businesses of the Group. He’s responsible for company’s Project Execution, Administration, Liasoning and Sales.

 

Ashish Batavia

Director

Ashish Batavia, a distinguished professional holding the prestigious title of Chartered Accountant and a Postgraduate degree from SP Jain, is a dynamic force in the world of finance. Mr. Ashish previously worked with Bharat Petroleum Corporation limited - Maharatna Fortune 500 Oil and Gas company for more than 12 years where he specialized in Financial Planning and Analysis, Pricing and Commercial, Business Finance, Credit Management, Internal Audit and Accounts Finalization across various Business units.
With his expertise in the field of Finance and passion for Real Estate, he acts as a trusted advisor for Vraj Group in overall Financial matters, Audits, Taxation, Financial Planning & Analysis and Compliances.

 

Keyur Morzaria

Director

Diligent director of Construction company, overseeing both sales and construction sites for Vraj Group, Keyur Morzaria manages the pivotal role of orchestrating seamless integration between our sales strategies and on-site construction activities.
